Service Satisfaction Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to resolve any issues. Our goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with the final results.
Warranty Coverage
Before considering refunds, we honor our service warranties:
- Complete paint jobs: 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
- Partial paint work and touch-ups: 1-year warranty
- Warranty covers peeling, excessive fading, and adhesion failures under normal conditions
- We will repair or redo work covered under warranty at no additional cost
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services were not performed as agreed upon in the written estimate
- Work does not meet industry standards for quality
- We are unable to correct defects covered under warranty
- Services were cancelled before work commenced (subject to cancellation policy)
Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must:
- Contact us within 30 days of service completion
- Provide detailed description of the issue or concern
- Allow us opportunity to inspect the work and attempt resolution
- Provide reasonable access to the vehicle for evaluation
Refund Limitations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
- Normal wear and tear beyond warranty period
- Damage from accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature
- Changes in customer preferences after work completion
- Issues arising from failure to follow maintenance recommendations
- Work performed more than 30 days prior to complaint
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be appropriate based on the extent of the issue and the portion of work affected. Partial refunds will be calculated based on the specific circumstances and the value of the affected work.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are refundable if services are cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled start date
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit deposit
- If work has commenced, charges may apply for materials used and labor performed
- Custom-ordered materials may not be refundable
Resolution Process
Our preferred approach to customer concerns follows this process:
- Communication: Discuss the issue directly with our team
- Inspection: Professional evaluation of the work in question
- Correction: Attempt to resolve the issue through repair or rework
- Mediation: If needed, involve neutral third party for resolution
- Refund: Consider refund only if other solutions are not viable
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, payment will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction when possible.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain eligibility for refunds, customers must:
- Follow all maintenance recommendations provided
- Report issues promptly within the specified timeframe
- Allow reasonable access for inspection and potential correction
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and desired services
