Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Combined Diesel Service ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Combined Diesel Service provides professional automotive painting services, including but not limited to:

• Complete vehicle paint jobs
• Bumper painting and refinishing
• Hood painting services
• Custom graphics and decals
• Paint touch-ups and scratch repair
• Clear coat application

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on visual inspection and customer description of work needed. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the service process. We will notify customers of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A deposit may be required for large projects
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Service Warranty

We provide the following warranties on our work:

• Complete paint jobs: 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
• Partial paint work and touch-ups: 1-year warranty
• Warranty covers peeling, excessive fading, and adhesion failures under normal conditions
• Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, abuse, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the vehicle and desired services
• Removing personal items from the vehicle before service
• Following recommended maintenance procedures
• Promptly reporting any warranty issues
• Payment according to agreed terms

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

Vehicle Storage and Care

While vehicles are in our care, we will take reasonable precautions to protect them. However, we are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or acts of nature. Customers are encouraged to remove valuables and maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to fees for work already performed or materials ordered. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Oregon state law and jurisdiction.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
